Llandovery Tough Loop

Mid Wales • Start/finish: Llandovery • Distance: 65 miles • Riding time: 2 hours • One for the adventure bikes: this route heads out into the hills - past my old home in Rhandirmwyn - to tackle the Devil's Staircase, looping back on equally exciting roads. NB: If the millitary road is closed, don't ignore the flags: they shoot real bullets... Just detour to Upper Chapel and Brecon, to pick up the A40 there.
